Local Delivery:
Local delivery is included for orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 can either be picked up or delivered for an additional fee. Deliveries outside the local area may incur additional charges. Please call for more details.
Terms and Conditions
Fuel Charge Fee:
A $25 fuel charge will apply to every delivery. Orders located more than 10 miles from EZ Event Rentals’ location will incur an additional fee based on the distance.
Customer Pickup:
Customers are welcome to pick up products at the scheduled time. Pickup and drop-off times will be coordinated by an EZ Event Rentals employee with the customer. Late arrivals may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy:
No deposit is required, but a valid credit card must be provided for cancellation purposes.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event will incur a 25% charge of the total order.
Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% charge of the total order.
Cancellations on the event day will receive no refund.
Weather Cancellation:
Due to the unpredictability of weather, cancellations caused by weather will follow the standard cancellation policy.
If the customer cancels due to weather, the applicable cancellation fees will apply.
If EZ Event Rentals cancels due to weather concerns that affect our ability to provide quality service, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Setup/Pickup Fee:
The setup fee is based on the number of items rented and the distance between our trucks and the setup location.
The minimum setup fee is $50.
Larger orders or those requiring setups in locations inaccessible by our trucks will incur an additional fee.
For non-setup deliveries, our team will place products as close to the site as possible. The customer must return all items to the same location where they were dropped off; failure to do so will incur an additional fee.
Site Preparation:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is clean and ready for setup. EZ Event Rentals is not liable for any damages to items left on tables at the time of scheduled pickup.
Before or After Hours Fee:
This fee will be determined based on availability.
Weekly Rates:
For rentals lasting longer than 24 hours, additional fees may apply.
Damage Waiver Fee:
An 8% non-refundable damage waiver fee will be applied to the total rental amount.
